Anna Gunn

Anna Gunn is an American actress from America. Her best-known role is Skyler White on the AMC Drama Breaking Bad, for which she received the Primetime Emmy Award in 2013 and 2014 for Outstanding Supporting Actress in the Drama Series. As well as playing Martha Bullock and Jean Ward as well, she was a part of The Practice. Anna Gunn was born in Sante Fe New Mexico, in 1968. Her passion for performing in Preparatory School after which she moved to Ohio with her family in the early 1970s. The theatre studies she pursued took place in the theatre department at Northwestern University. A semester was taken in the British American Drama Academy. Anna was employed in the Chicago theatre for a number of years before taking on film and television roles. Anna was the first to get a major part in the role of Arden when Down the Shore aired 29 episodes in 1992. As a guest-star, Anna was on Seinfeld as well as NYPD Blue. It was only in the latter part of 1990 that she took on an acting role on The Practice. Martha Bullock was her role in Deadwood in two full seasons. In 2008 she was cast in the role of Skyler in Breaking Bad. Sully as well as Deadwood was also an integral the highlights of her acting career. Gunn appeared in David Schwimmer's Sex With Strangers, a production directed by David Schwimmer. The year 2022 saw Gunn played in a 4-part audio-play podcast called "Numbered Days". The drama of Breaking Bad is determined by the love story with Walter White, his wife Skyler and their uneasy relationship. The decline of their relationship is similar to Walter White's final years.
